1. Production & Fulfillment Time

Each J Luxury Art piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, fulfillment location, and shipping carrier. Shipping time is additional to the production and fulfillment period above.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country and local regulations.
