Returns & Refunds
Each J Luxury Art piece is made to order. Because our artworks are produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. For damaged, defective, or misprinted items, you will generally not need to return the original item.

Please contact us at j.luxury.art.official@gmail.com before returning any item. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because each J Luxury Art piece is made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or other customer-ordering errors.
This does not affect your rights if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your claim or eligible return has been reviewed and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
